This Privacy Policy describes how Vexta (the "Provider") collects, uses, stores, protects, and processes the Customer's data (the "Customer") and the data entered into the Services offered by Vexta.
Use of the platform implies full acceptance of this Policy.
1. SCOPE
This Policy applies to:
- The Vexta web platform and modules.
- Data provided by the Customer.
- Data generated by system use.
- Technical information necessary for service operation.
It does not apply to external services that the Customer uses outside of Vexta.
2. DATA COLLECTED
2.1 Data provided by the Customer
- Company identification data.
- Contact information (emails, phones, authorized users).
- Operational technical data uploaded to the platform.
2.2 Data generated by service use
- Activity records within the platform.
- System logs.
- Usage and performance metrics.
2.3 Technical data
- IP addresses.
- Browser information.
- Session data.
Vexta does not collect unnecessary data for service provision.
3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Data will be used exclusively for:
- Providing contracted Services.
- Maintaining and improving the platform.
- Generating technical reports requested by the Customer.
- Implementing security, technical auditing, and incident prevention.
- Complying with applicable legal obligations.
Data will never be used for external commercial purposes, advertising, or disclosure to unauthorized third parties.
4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Processing is based on:
- The contractual relationship between Vexta and the Customer.
- Consent provided by the Customer when using the Services.
- Legal obligations.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Vexta will treat all Customer information as confidential.
Data will not be disclosed except:
- To authorized Vexta personnel who need access to provide the service.
- For valid legal requests.
- With express Customer authorization.
6. STORAGE AND SECURITY
6.1 Security
Vexta implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or alterations.
6.2 Incident notification
Vexta will notify relevant security incidents within 72 hours from detection.
6.3 Servers and external providers
Data may be stored and processed through:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Bubble.io.
Physical server location may be inside or outside the country.
7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER
The Customer agrees that data may be stored, processed, or transferred outside their country of origin, always under reasonable security measures and in accordance with this Policy.
8. ACCESS AND DATA CONTROL
8.1 Customer Rights
The Customer may request:
- Access to their data.
- Correction of incorrect information.
- Deletion of data within legal and operational limits.
- Export of their data in standard formats (CSV / JSON).
8.2 Requests
Requests must be made through authorized support channels.
9. DATA RETENTION
- Data will be retained while the account is active.
- Once service is discontinued, Vexta will retain data for 120 days.
- After this period, data may be irreversibly deleted.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Vexta uses technical services provided by:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS),
- Bubble.io.
These providers operate under their own privacy and security policies, and are necessary for platform operation.
Vexta does not control the operation of these services and is not responsible for interruptions arising from them.
11. INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE
The Customer and Vexta commit to complying with applicable standards and best practices in integrity, business ethics, and anti-corruption.
12. SUPPORT
- Vexta will provide technical support via email and enabled channels.
- Estimated response time: 48 business hours.
- Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT-3).
13. MINORS
The platform is not directed or designed for minors.
Information from minors is not intentionally collected.
14. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
Vexta may modify this Policy with 15 days prior notice.
Continued use of the service implies acceptance of changes.
15. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
Disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of Buenos Aires (CABA).
